OXON™ Tech
Less is definitely more
By reducing activation energy required for combustion, OXON™ Tech lowers emissions and fuel usage. Achieving more with less.
Reshaping standards
Internal combustion engines typically operate with low efficiency. Even the most efficient type of engine (diesel), converts only about 34% of its fuel's energy potential. Patented OXON™ Tech harnesses electromagnetism to boost engine output and fuel efficiency.
Production and stabilization of free radicals
Free radicals are unstable, reactive elements that exist in nature only for nanoseconds. OXON™ Tech stabilizes them, binding them to nano-micelles that can enter combustion chambers with fuel.
Nano-micelles as transporters
In fuel, OXON™Tech nano-micelles spread out in a colloidal dispersion and create a stable suspension so that they flow into a combustion chamber evenly.
Reduction of activation energy
In the high pressures and temperatures of combustion, OXON™Tech stabilized free radicals become unstable and active again, initiating self-amplifying, chain oxidation reactions with lower energy barriers.
Optimized combustion = lower harmful emissions
The polarity of nano-micelles creates an electromagnetic field, attracting diamagnetic and polar compounds. This phenomenon displaces nitrogen molecules from the air during combustion, keeping them away from the nano-micelles which become multiple epicenters of combustion and minimizing oxygen-nitrogen collisions that otherwise steal energy and create harmful NOx emissions.
Available today
OXON™ Tech is the leading solution for improving fuel efficiency and reducing harmful emissions. Powering transport and construction customers today, new products will empower additional industries to lower carbon, particulate matter and NOx emissions dramatically.
